The word ‘Rerere’ in te reo Maori means to fly about from place to place. To Escape.
On a trip to Aotearoa in late 2024, River set out to capture the essence of this word, resulting in a series of prints titled ‘Rerere’.
Dedicated to his Aunty Sheralyn who lived on and loved this rich land.
